Seamless steel pipes are widely used in our daily lives, mainly in the construction and decoration industries. But do you know why seamless steel pipes are so widely used? This is mainly because of its superior synthesis technology and excellent raw materials. Seamless steel pipes are mainly made of stainless steel pipes. During the synthesis process, stainless steel pressure resistance technology is mainly used. First, the stainless steel pipes are polished, then selected, and those with good pressure resistance are selected for welding, mainly seamless welding.

Seamless steel pipes are widely used in our daily lives, mainly in the construction and decoration industries. But do you know why seamless steel pipes are so widely used? This is mainly because of its good synthesis technology and excellent raw materials. Seamless steel pipes are mainly processed using stainless steel pipes, and the synthesis process mainly uses stainless steel pressure resistance technology. First, the stainless steel pipes are polished, then selected, and those with good pressure resistance are selected for welding, mainly seamless welding. So what exactly is going on? Let's take a look!

  I. Innovation and Characteristics of Seamless Steel Pipes

  (1) Seamless steel pipes are generally black. Seamless steel pipes comprehensively use a variety of polymer materials, adopt interpenetrating network alloying technology, and are extruded into shape after high-speed mixing. The three major innovations in materials, structure, and process give it superior anti-impact, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance that are unmatched by other pipe materials.

  (2) Seamless steel pipes have the following characteristics: Strong pressure resistance. The plastic alloy composite communication pipe has the properties of resistance to acid, alkali, and salt chemical corrosion. Wide range of applications. High-strength seamless steel pipes can be widely used in various communication cables, communication optical cables, and power cables, etc., as substitutes for steel pipes crossing roads and other occasions with special requirements for pipeline protection.

  (3) Structural innovation. This new type of pipe uses a multi-element alloy network collaborative technology, and the pipe structure adopts a unique enhanced mechanical structure with a square outside and a regular dodecagon inside, as well as auxiliary triangular supports, which is formed by one-time extrusion. This gives the product unparalleled high toughness, high compressive strength, high impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.

II. Reasonable Matching of Seamless Steel Pipes

  (1) Convenient combination and matching of seamless steel pipes. The innovative structural design of seamless steel pipe composite communication pipes achieves both the purpose of dispersing stress to support the pipe body and improving compressive strength, and also facilitates the combination and matching of seamless steel pipes. During construction, no special fixation is required.

  (2) Convenient construction and low cost. The plastic alloy composite communication pipe uses a sleeve connection. During connection, it only needs to be coated with special glue and then inserted. The pipe end is printed with assembly marks to facilitate the inspection of whether the connection is in place by the supervisory personnel.

  (3) Seamless steel pipes are also known as plastic alloy composite communication pipes or plastic alloy power cable protection pipes. They use polyvinyl chloride as the main raw material, comprehensively applying the multi-element polymer material co-mixing gold technology with synergistic effects, and adding toughening agents, anti-aging agents, and other auxiliary additives.

III. How to Combine Seamless Steel Pipes

  (1) Through partial kneading and combined overall kneading processes, after interpenetrating network alloying treatment. It is relatively rigid, with high compressive strength: its structure is square outside and round inside, with reinforcing ribs for protection. When subjected to external loads, the stress can be transmitted uniformly, and the pipe body is not easily damaged. Even if the outer structure is damaged, there is an inner structure to protect the good sealing performance.

  (2) Generally, the sealing and connection of cement pipes use a circle of concrete for sealing. During construction, it is difficult to guarantee no leakage. However, seamless steel pipes have special connecting pieces, which can maximize the guarantee that no leakage will occur. Long service life and corrosion resistance: The service life of cement pipes is only 15 years, while the service life of seamless steel pipes is 50 to 100 years.

  (3) Using cement pipes and metal pipes, the corrosion resistance is worse than that of seamless steel pipes. In some areas, the corrosiveness of the outdoor natural environment is very large. For example, in the Tanggu New District of Tianjin, where land reclamation from the sea was carried out, the cement pipes laid were gone after 3 years, all corroded by the salt in the seawater, and had to be relaid with seamless steel pipes.
