When welding seamless steel pipes, seamless welding is always used because seamless welding is more in line with the product characteristics. However, seamless welding is not that simple, because it requires many steps, and we must improve it step by step, and when welding, we must also master the heat, too high or too low heat is not conducive to welding. Because if the heat is well controlled, then the quality of our products will be relatively reliable.

We must perfect it step by step, and we must also master the heat control during welding. Too high or too low a temperature is detrimental to welding. If the heat is controlled well, then our product quality will be more reliable.
Seamless steel pipes are classified into different types, such as UOE forming methods, RBE JCOE pipes, etc. This is the most common high-frequency submerged arc welding forming process. Based on the analysis and research of pipeline joint welding technology, radiographic testing, incomplete fusion, and other similar defect image recognition methods, it helps to correctly evaluate incomplete fusion. For some small pipes, when welding, the weld metal filling surface has a large convex curvature, which is unsuitable for high-speed welding operations, and fusion between welding layers is difficult to occur, causing weld seam defects.
When seamless steel pipes undergo hydro-expanding, the pipe is enclosed by a left and right two-part outer mold whose internal cavity size is consistent with the expanded size of the steel pipe. Therefore, if the weld is too high, the shear stress on the weld during expansion will be large, and a “small straight edge” phenomenon is likely to occur on both sides of the weld. The development of concrete structures has promoted innovation in the steel used, as demonstrated by new advances in various steel bars used in reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.
