However, in these industries, some problems are always encountered, such as the inherent properties of the pipes themselves being unable to withstand the corrosion of the flowing materials. Because heavy industrial wastewater may contain some highly corrosive substances. Ordinary steel pipes, in contact with such substances, cannot withstand the corrosion caused by these substances. Once used for too long, the pipes will slowly deform or even develop leaks. The use of water and gas also requires the support of pipelines. Especially in some heavy industries, the use of pipelines will be even more extensive. Because these industries, whether it's raw materials or wastewater after production, all rely on pipeline systems to transport them to their designated locations.
This has caused significant losses for these industries. However, these losses are not unavoidable. If seamless steel pipes are used, these problems can be completely solved. Because the biggest difference between seamless steel pipes and ordinary steel pipes lies in the annealing process. Ordinary steel pipes use either vacuum annealing or oil annealing. But seamless steel pipes are different; the annealing of seamless steel pipes uses acidic liquids. That is to say, after the seamless steel pipe is basically formed, it is placed in an acidic liquid for pickling. If a large number of bubbles appear on the surface of the steel pipe during the pickling process, this proves that the quality of the steel pipe does not meet the corresponding standards.
